Hello there! I’m Christe and I’m an experienced career coach with a passion for helping professionals achieve their career goals and excel in purpose-driven fields such as: sustainability, public health, environmental stewardship and social impact.

My educational journey began at Howard University, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Biology. I then pursued a Master of Public Health in Environmental and Occupational Health at Drexel University School of Public Health. This academic foundation set the stage for a diverse and impactful career.

Throughout my professional journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with some of the most respected organizations, including the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Institutes of Health (NIH), AARP Foundation, AstraZeneca, and Georgetown University. My roles in these institutions have ranged from environmental compliance and reporting, to project management and employee engagement. I’ve also led initiatives in circularity, implemented successful composting programs, and developed effective marketing and communication campaigns.

Beyond these roles, I’ve dedicated myself to career coaching, previously for graduate students focused in environment and sustainability. My work has helped emerging professionals gain interviews, ace interviews and land job offers in highly competitive industries.

What drives me is my deep passion for mentoring and helping others accomplish their goals. I believe in the power of mindset shifts, the importance of increasing confidence, and the transformative potential of creating productive habits.
